Transparent or actual flag[edit source]

So at the moment the default setting for Template:Flag will show this image, which is just a transparent 46x30px (condensed by the template to 23x15px) image. However, the old flag image is an actual flag, and I created to replace this. I can mess around with the font for Unknown.png to make it look better, but I'm not sure which is the best placeholder to use (transparent or actual flag).
