Hello. [[Flags]] is currently an article but should be a template. Both me and Flatline don't really want to try and move it because we don't want to break it. I think flatline intention was to add usage instructions to the flag template like the other templates since it didn't have any, but he didn't know how to do it in the template page itself because he broke the code so he created a standalone page for the template usage instructions, which is the flag page, and he wanted to get it on the template page itself
