===Failstab===
A failed backstab, usually failed by newer players. This normally happens when an enemy turns around right as the player is about to stab, the hitbox not registering, or other similar issues. An example of a possible way to lower the chances of this happening is to watch the opponents movement carefully, and to strike when the iron is hot.


This stab is known by a few names, one of which being a “Gerald Ford” stab. Named after the 38th president of the United States of America, who only became president out of a few lucky coincidences. Those being him becoming Vice President after the first one resigned, and only becoming president after Nixon resigned. Ford also proceeded to lose his reelection, which was possibly caused by him pardoning Richard Nixon. The name relates to this as Ford failed at everything, similar to how the spy messes up a backstab.
