May Contain Nuts is one of the oldest teams in European Highlander formed from the public servers Trigger Happy Gamers, and home of 3rd place in ETF2L.

==Origin==

May Contain Nuts were formed when the Highlander Community Challenge was announced in the middle of 2010 by captain [[letku]]. All the players were from the public servers Trigger Happy Gamers and they did not use a buddy for the tournament. They then played in all regular [[ETF2L]] Highlander Seasons until they eventually folded after Season 3.

==Highlander Community Challenge==

May Contain Nuts competed in the Highlander Community Challenge, the first ever Highlander tournament in Europe. It was aimed at Communities, and teams were only allowed one "buddy" who had competitive experience above div6. May Contain Nuts did not use a buddy in the tournament, only using players from the THG pub servers.

They struggled initially in the group stages, dropping a map to a german team called ZeFerkelz Highlander and having to play a tiebreaker against the same team. Luckily they progressed over 3 maps to qualify for the knockout stages.

After the initial problems, they breezed through the early stages of the knockout rounds, reaching Round 5 (Round of 16) without dropping a map. In Round 5 they faced Comunidade Portuguesa TF2, a portuguese team including their buddy [[Haunter]]. Despite losing a map, they won the decider map viaduct 3-0 to reach the quarter finals. Comunidade Portuguesa TF2 would later play against May Contain Nuts in the highest division of Highlander Season 1. In the quarter finals they beat Badman Enterprise & [[Shintaz]] in straight maps to set up a semi-final against [[SNSD]].

SNSD proved to be too strong and progressed to eventually win the entire tournament, with May Contain Nuts winning a bronze tiebreaker against Twisted Play. This would begin the tradition of placing 3rd!
