There are a number of ways you can create a new page. The easiest is to search for the exact term in the search bar, hit enter and click the red text in '''Create the page "Your Page" on this wiki!'''.
Alternatively, if you still 404, you could edit this link:
 <nowiki> http://comp.tf/index.php?title=YOUR_PAGE_HERE&action=edit&redlink=1 </nowiki>
"YOUR_PAGE_HERE" would be replaced with the page you desire to create. For example, if I wanted to create a page about the bread in TF2, the link would be:
 <nowiki> http://comp.tf/index.php?title=Bread&action=edit&redlink=1 </nowiki>
