It was created in January 2010, and was shut down in December 2014 with a joke message saying it was shut down by the FBI. It was extremelly buggy for its last 2 years of existence wich caused most players to migrate to the new lobby site TF2Center wich was on beta at the time.

TF2Lobby was a lobbying site with the purpose of making accessible, easy 6v6 PUGs with a lobby system. They were pioneers in creating such a system and made a subs system shortly after release.
