In November 2015, Pepito was accused and later convicted of orchestrating/participating in Distributed Denial of Service attacks (DDoS) against the players and servers that participated in official FBTF matches at the time, receiving a ban of 1 year and 4 months from the league.[1] In 20 January 2020, Pepito was permanently banned from Brasil Fortress for DDoS attacks, racism and xenophobia.[2]
